S.A.S.S. is affiliated with the City of Lakes chorus in Minneapolis, MN. We belong to Can-Am Region 6 of Sweet Adelines International. Region 6 covers the states of North Dakota, Minnesota, parts of South Dakota and Iowa as well as parts of Manitoba and Ontario in Canada. Sweet Adelines International is a highly respected worldwide organization of women singers committed to advancing the musical art form of barbershop harmony through education and performance.
City of Lakes is a very active, award winning chorus. We are constantly refining our sound, expanding our repertoire, recruiting new members, and preparing for performances and competitions. Our membership consists of about 100 women of different musical backgrounds and our experienced team of leaders and coaches help us become better singers and entertainers with every rehearsal.
